Thank you for participating in our virtual town hall! Please follow these step-by-step instructions to obtain your certificate and note some of the nuances of the site that you will be using:
  1. Select your certificate by clicking on the appropriate button.  
  2. Follow the steps on each page.
  3. Once all steps have been completed an invoice will be generate. Disregard this invoice. 
  4. A copy of your certificate will be included in your confirmation email. Additionally, you may view your certificate by logging into your portal account,  navigating to “My Account” and selecting “Certificates.”
  5. If you do not have a profile, one will be generated for you when you complete the evaluation and your log-in details will be emailed to you.
