Paul Myoung currently serves as the Senior Administrative Director of the Transplant Center, Division of Transplant Surgery, and Mechanical Circulatory Support Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, MA. The MGH Transplant Center is the largest center in New England by total transplant volume, and the only center to offer the full range of services in kidney, pancreas, Islet cell, liver, heart, and lung transplants, including pediatric kidney and liver transplants. Paul is a member of the MGH Organ and Tissue Donation Committee, the MGH Ethics Committee, and serves as the Region 1 Representative on the OPTN/UNOS Transplant Administrators Committee. Prior to joining MGH, Paul spent over six years at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA, serving in multiple administrative roles, including the Administrative Director for the Transplant Center. Paul previously served on the Board of Directors for Community for Youth, FareStart, and the YMCA Meredith Matthews Branch. He is also a member of the Leadership Committee for the Asian Healthcare Leaders Forum within the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), including the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Massachusetts ACHE Chapter. Paul received his Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Washington and his B.A. in Economics from New York University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) and a Fellow of ACHE (FACHE).

Director of Communications

Corey joins The Alliance with more than ten years of experience in corporate and non-profit fields, having worked in communications for The Walt Disney Company and most recently, public relations for TransLife, the OPO serving Central Florida. He has also been an active board member of Donate Life Florida, serving as state team leader for the Driver License Outreach Taskforce. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama. In his spare time, he is an avid music and theater enthusiast, enjoys traveling, Crimson Tide Football and serving on the board for several local charities in the Orlando area.
Deanna Fenton

Deanna Fenton, BA

Program Manager

Deanna is a knowledgeable and versatile professional with diverse experience in health care, client relations, marketing, and project management. Prior to joining The Alliance, she worked in sales and marketing at Davion Inc. and most recently, in hospital development for the OPO of New Jersey. Her personal connection as a donor family and friend fuels her passion to spread awareness about the importance of organ and tissue donation and encourage others to join the cause. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor degree in Public Health from Montclair State University. In her spare time, Deanna enjoys visiting vineyards, spending time with her family, and traveling in hopes of visiting all seven wonders of the world.

Felicia joins The Alliance with more than 20 years of health care experience – 18 of those directly carried out in an organ transplant program. Throughout her time in transplant, she has served as a transplant financial coordinator, database administrator and transplant business office supervisor in both pediatric and adult kidney transplant, heart transplant and liver transplant programs. She has also been an active member of the Transplant Financial Coordinators Association. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, coaching and serving on the board for a local youth organization in the San Antonio Area.
Glenn Matsuki

Glenn is an accomplished donation and transplant professional and national speaker. He is a passionate donation and transplantation advocate, educator, project manager and consultant. He brings nearly 20 years of transplant and organ procurement organization experience. He has extensive hands-on experience working with multidisciplinary hospital care teams, with an emphasis on relationships, regulatory/accreditation compliance, strategic planning and core competencies. He is a 22-year heart transplant recipient who enjoys his free time gardening, traveling and contributing to his Organ and Tissue Donation Blog.
Valinda Jones

Valinda Jones, RN, MSN

Program Consultant

Valinda holds more than 40 years of health care experience, including such roles as assistant hospital administrator, chief nursing officer, director of a school of nursing, administrator of a dialyisis facility and group administrator for home dialysis programs. She has served in large teaching hospitals, as well as community and critical access health care facilities, and taught in LPN, diploma, BSN and MSN schools of nursing. Prior to joining The Alliance, Valinda worked as a quality coordinator for a kidney-only transplant program, and as a 10-year kidney recipienet herself, has been an active volunteer with Gift of Life Michigan for many years. She is currently a member of both the UNOS Board of Directors and the Kidney-Pancreas Transplant Committee. Valinda enjoys spending time with family and friends, international traveling and learning about the culture, food and customs of different countries.
