LeAnn N. Swanson, MPH
LeAnn brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as Executive Director. She has experience working in the areas of non-profit, government, healthcare and education. Prior to coming to The Alliance, she was the Vice President of Education and Quality at the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association. In her spare time she enjoys playing golf and traveling the world.
Hedi Aguiar, RN, MSN
Senior Director of Programs
Hedi has an international healthcare background, having practiced critical care nursing in the UK, Germany, and the US. She holds a Masters of Science degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and more recently worked in the OPO field. She has been heavily involved in donation and transplantation on a national level through leading councils, workgroups, as faculty, and a speaker. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, music, logical problem solving puzzles, and creative work.
Glenn is an accomplished donation and transplant professional and national speaker. He is a passionate donation and transplantation advocate, educator, project manager and consultant. He brings nearly 20 years of transplant and organ procurement organization experience. He has extensive hands-on experience working with multidisciplinary hospital care teams, with emphasis on relationships, regulatory/accreditation compliance, strategic planning and core competencies. He is a 22-year heart transplant recipient who enjoys his free time gardening, traveling and contributing to his Organ and Tissue Donation Blog.
Corey Bryant, BA
Corey joins The Alliance with more than ten years of experience in corporate and non-profit fields, having worked in Communications for The Walt Disney Company and most recently, Public Relations for TransLife, the OPO serving Central Florida. He has also been an active board member of Donate Life Florida, serving as state team leader for the Driver License Outreach taskforce. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama. In his spare time, he is an avid music and theater enthusiast, enjoys traveling, Crimson Tide Football and serving on the board for several local charities in the Orlando area.
Hannah Strong, BA
Hannah has an administrative background in non-profits, organ donation law, and anatomical donation for research purposes. Before joining The Alliance, Hannah worked as a Front Desk administrator for the Medical Education and Research Institute, in Memphis Tennessee. Hannah holds a Bachelors of Political Science from Rhodes College. Hannah has worked and volunteered for many local and national charities including The Arthritis Foundation, Valued Community, the V-Day Initiative, as well as the Mid-South chapter for the American Red Cross. In her spare time Hannah enjoys camping, hiking, and almost any other activity which gets her outdoors.
